Due to the content of lemon balm leaf, valerian root, hop cones, hawthorn inflorescence and motherwort herb Nerwobonisan is recommended as a supplement to the daily diet with ingredients that relieve stress and facilitate falling asleep. The inflorescence of hawthorn supports the work and blood supply to the heart muscle and maintain normal blood pressure. The chamomile basket and lemon balm leaf have a mild relaxant effect on the intestinal muscle and relieve bloating.
The recommended daily portion of the product (2 sachets) contains: lemon balm leaf 3.6 g, chamomile basket 1.6 g, motherwort herb 1.2 g, hawthorn inflorescence 0.7 g, valerian root 0.5 g, hop cone 0.4 g.
Ingredients: lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis L.), chamomile basket (Matricaria chamomilla L.), motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca L.), hawthorn inflorescence (Crataegus monogyna Jacq. vel Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus.), valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.), hop cone (Humulus lupulus L.).
The preparation may contain traces of almonds, peanuts and other nuts.
Portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day: 2 sachets (2 times a day 1 sachet of the preparation in the form of an infusion).
How to prepare the infusion: pour 1 sachet with a glass of boiling water, cover and infuse for a period of 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Attention! Do not use in people who are allergic to the ingredients of the preparation or plants from the Asteraceae family (formerly complex Compositae). In the case of pregnant and breastfeeding women and in children under 12 years of age, consult a doctor about supplementation. The product may affect the ability to drive and use machines, may slow the reaction rate, so it is recommended to be careful not to drive for at least 2 hours after administration.
