Where's my order?
We aim to pick, pack, and despatch your order within 6 hours of it being placed. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Track via Evri
The majority of our orders are fulfilled via Evri. If you have received your tracking number, you can track your parcel directly on the Evri website:

You can also view your live order status at any time using the link in your original order confirmation email. Click “View your order” in that email to see real-time fulfilment and delivery updates.
Haven’t received a tracking number yet?
Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email, which is sent once your order has been collected by our courier. Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order before contacting us if you haven’t received this.
