Been using this serum for couple of years to help grow my runners toenails. My podologist recommended me this serum and it helps a lot to keep the nails moisturised and growing.

I usually take Lungwort so to find the added ingredients that will also be beneficial is such a bonus. In winter I take a thyme cough syrup so this has thyme in it plus rosemary and elderberry all great for immune system.
