Shipping

We attempt to send all deliveries for Next Day delivery, the cut off time for same day dispatch is 14:00 Weekdays and any orders received after this will only be dispatched the following business day. Business days for order dispatch is Monday through to Friday by 14:00 and Saturdays for orders received by 08:00 we do not dispatch Sundays.

Should our courier not offer a Next Day service for your address it will then be sent out as standard delivery.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with local and import regulations and we are not liable for any losses.

It is the customers responsibility to check local customs and import regulations, we are not responsible for any fees and duties required or imposed by foreign customs outside of the United Kingdom, furthermore please be aware that carriers levy handling charges for imports and exports which the customer will be liable for. No refunds will be offered should the customers local customs and excise withhold delivery of goods and items.  

Items not deliverable or delivery refused

Should a delivery be returned as undeliverable due to no fault of My Health Oasis Ltd, this could be due to incorrect supplied address, no one available to accept delivery, multiple attempted delivery failures, (This is not an exhaustive list) then the cost of actual postage will be deducted from any refund given. For UK Mainland deliveries this will be £3.00 and International deliveries £14.00 or the actual cost whichever is the greater.
