Returns & Labels
Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a £3 fee to cover the original shipping costs and should we supply a returns label there is a further flat fee of £4 which will be deducted from your refund. Returns due to our error or damaged upon receipt, as long as proof has been supplied, these are free of charge.

email address used when placing your order.
Choose the reason for the return
Choose the return method
Ensure the item/s are packaged securely, affix the label
and return them as arranged.
Upon receipt of the return, in the condition agreed, a
replacement or refund will be arranged.
