How to Use

Take 1–3 teaspoons (5–15ml) in the evening as needed. The correct dose is the minimum needed to promote natural bowel transit without producing liquid stools — adjust to suit your individual needs. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day and eat adequate fibre.
