Urosept is a medicinal product with a mild diuretic effect. The tablets of the drug are used as a supporting agent in the treatment of urinary tract stones and urinary tract infections. 

Urosept is used as an adjunct in urinary tract infections and urinary tract stones. The effectiveness of the drug is based solely on long-term use and experience. 

Urosept is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age. 

Dosage
Urosept should be taken orally. The dosage for adults and children over 12 years of age is 2 tablets 3 times a day. It should be taken with a glass of water. Under the supervision of a doctor, the drug can be taken for a longer period of time, also in combination with other drugs. 

Composition:
A dense extract composed of birch leaves (extractant: methanol 90%) 86.2mg, parsley root, bean pericarp, powdered bean pericarp 78mg, dry extract of lingonberry leaves (extractant: water) 26mg, dry extract of chamomile herb (extractant: water) 8mg, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, sucrose, lactose monohydrate, potato starch, magnesium stearate, talc, spray-dried gum arabic, indigotine (E 132), a mixture of white beeswax and carnauba wax (Capol 1295).

Contraindications:
Do not use Urosept if you are allergic to plants from the aster family (Asteraceae, formerly Compositae) or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. The product is also contraindicated in cases of swelling caused by heart and kidney failure. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.

Side effects:

Due to the presence of parsley root extract with potential photosensitizing properties, there is a small probability of skin lesions in people with fair skin with excessive exposure to sunlight.
