Returns & Labels

Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a £3 fee to cover the original shipping costs and should we supply a returns label there is a flat fee of £4 which will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively you can use the EVRI returns platform, link below, and pay for your selected return shipping directly.

 Please follow these instructions on the EVRI site:

Type in My Health Oasis for the company name and select ‘Return a Parcel’
Then complete your Order ID which is in the format ‘S12345’ & your email address used when placing your order.
Then follow the on screen instructions to complete your purchase.
