Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For returns that are not due to our error an original shipping fee of £3 will be deducted from your refund as well as the cost of return shipping if using our returns service.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Generally this process will be much quicker.

To book a return you can do this by logging into your account on our website, selecting the order and follow the instructions to create a return.

Please note there is a £3 fee for returns not arising from our error. (This is the cost of original shipping which we do not charge for)

All items returned must be received in good, sealed saleable condition. Any items not received in good order will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned via recorded and insured services.

Items not deliverable or delivery refused

Should a delivery be returned as undeliverable due to no fault of My Health Oasis Ltd, this could be due to incorrect supplied address, no one available to accept delivery, multiple attempted delivery failures, (This is not an exhaustive list) then the cost of actual postage will be deducted from any refund given. For UK Mainland deliveries this will be £3.00 and International deliveries £14.00 or the actual cost whichever is the greater.
