INGREDIENTS:

Fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum graecum), capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), fermented red rice (source of monacolin K), rice bran polycosanol (Oryza sativa), chromium (chromium piconate).

Adults 1 capsule twice a day, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Keep out of reach of small children, in a dry place, at room temperature.

The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Living a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential for maintaining good health.
