Fitonasal Pediatric by Aboca is a non-pharmacological nebulising nasal spray specially formulated for infants and children from 6 months of age. Fitonasal Pediatric delivers a dual mechanism of action:

   • Osmotic mechanism: The solution is a balanced, standardised hypertonic saline (600 mOsm/kg) that draws water from congested tissues, relieving swelling without irritating or drying out the mucosa.
