Product description
Hascovir Pro is a cream containing acyclovir. The active substance of the preparation has a strong antiviral effect on the herpes simplex virus. The cream is used for the local treatment of symptoms of cold sores (so-called cold sores) and herpetic lesions appearing on the face, which were caused by the Herpes simplex virus.

Indications
Local treatment of symptoms of cold sores and herpetic lesions on the face caused by the herpes simplex virus.

Action
Antiviral.

Dosage
Adults: apply a small amount of cream 5 times a day (every 4 hours) to herpetic lesions and their immediate surroundings.
Apply only topically to the skin.

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying the cream.
It is best to start treatment when the first symptoms of infection appear, including itching or stinging.
Immediate use of the drug at the time of disease relapse can completely prevent its development.
The treatment should last 5 days, and if the symptoms do not subside after this time, it can be extended for another 5 days. If the symptoms do not subside after 10 days of treatment, consult a doctor.

Contraindications
Allergy to acyclovir, valacyclovir, propylene glycol, cetostearyl alcohol or any of the other ingredients of the medicine.
The medicine should not be applied to mucous membranes or in the treatment of genital herpes.
