How It Works

Bromhexine is a synthetic derivative of the alkaloid vasicine with powerful mucolytic action. Excipients

Citric acid monohydrate, glucose, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, strawberry flavour, cochineal (7.5% dye solution), purified water. Contains no alcohol.

How to Use

Take at regular intervals after meals. Do not take immediately before bed.

• Children 2–6 years: 2.5ml (half a measuring spoon) 3 times daily
• Children 6–14 years: 5ml (1 measuring spoon) 3 times daily
• Adults and children over 14: 10ml (2 measuring spoons) 3 times daily

Ensure adequate fluid intake during treatment to help thin secretions. If symptoms do not improve after 5 days, consult a doctor.

Important Information
