Although don’t add too much and keep to five drops per ounce of product. Afterward, use the product as you usually would. You can also add 2 to 3 drops directly to any hair product when you apply a dollop of it on your palm before use. - For Eyebrows & Eyelashes: Using an applicator, lightly brush product onto eyebrows taking care to not saturate the brush.
