How to Use

Place one sachet in a cup and cover with boiling water (approximately 200ml). Cover with a lid or saucer and steep for 7 minutes to release the active substances. Remove sachet. Drink one cup in the evening as needed. Honey may be added if desired. Do not exceed one cup per day.
