I’ve done an order and paid for next day delivery and I received it after a week. I contacted the company via email and I called multiple times with no answer to any.
You should work more on your customer service and answer to your clients requests.
I don’t think it’s fair for your clients to pay for a service that you can’t provide.
I use Aboca NeoBianacid for chronic gastritis - it's brilliant - so when I saw this handy little bottle of 14 tablets it made sense to buy it to carry in my handbag.
I shall of course refill it from my bigger bottles when needed
I often get constipated when away from home, especially when abroad. I bought this in desperation on holiday, after no bowel movements for days, which had left me bloated and unable to eat. Sollievo worked wonders. The next morning, normality was restored, and without sending me the other way to having loose bowel movements. (Sorry, but necessary detail if you suffer with all this!) It's also brilliant that the product is natural rather than chemical. I never go on holiday without packing this now!
